This throwback is one of my favorites, and as I look at my blog posts, I realized I may have not blogged about this special shoot!

Once in a while the stars align and I get a magical shooting concept. Sam and Shauna are best friends, they are the cutest together. They are the epitome of friendship.  Lucky for me these girls were up for whatever ideas I had running through my head. So, with that said they wanted to have a shoot that showcased their individual personalities at this point in time of their lives, and also get images that could be keepsakes of their friendship.

We had the idea of doing a very much lifestyle of summer shoot… So with that concept I ran with it and incorporated their love for one another, summer, and fun and we got this magical shoot that we got to execute at Wrightsville Beach, NC.  Originally I had thought, Bald Head Island would play a nice backdrop, but because of the ferry schedules, we decided to stay close. And Wrightsville Beach, really was the perfect spot! So, we had all the items that make summer, summer.. Watermelon, surfboards, sun, the ocean, kayaks, a hammock, a beautiful beach house to shoot at,  and great friends, what more could you ask for?!
